Standing Turner

The Alerta Standing Turner is a transfer device designed to help carers and attendants with moving users between a seat, bed, toilet, commode, and wheelchair by assisting them to stand and turn. The device promotes user engagement, enhances mobility, and features Alerta's GlideTurn Easy swivel base, height-adjustable handle, height-adjustable padded knee pads, sturdy steel frame, and tool-free assembly.

Users must have enough arm, leg, and body strength to stand up and remain in the standing position. For users lacking these attributes, it is recommended to use an Alerta Standaid Hoist or MoveAssist instead.

It's important not to use this device to transport a user, and when the patient is on board, do not tilt or lever the Standing Turner. The entire footplate should remain in contact with the floor at all times to prevent accidents.
